The website presents boats, engines, equipment, services, stock information and other material for general information and enquiry purposes. It does not provide an online purchasing facility, and submitting a form, using a configurator or contacting us does not create a contract, reservation or obligation to sell or purchase.

A transaction becomes binding only when the parties separately agree and accept the applicable written quotation, order confirmation or contract in accordance with its stated terms.

Specifications, images and descriptions

We aim to keep website information accurate and current. However, boat builders and equipment manufacturers may change models, specifications, dimensions, performance data, standard equipment, optional equipment, colours and materials without prior notice.

• Images, videos, renderings and illustrations may show optional equipment, alternative colours, previous model years or configurations unavailable in Greece.
• Dimensions, weights, speeds, fuel consumption, range and performance figures are indicative and may vary with specification, engines, load, weather and operating conditions.
• Equipment availability and compatibility must be confirmed for the particular boat and production slot.
• Manufacturer information remains subject to the manufacturer’s final technical documentation.

Prices, availability and delivery

Any prices, configuration totals, promotions, stock indications or delivery estimates displayed on the website or configurator are indicative unless expressly confirmed in a current written quotation from Nordic Marina.

• Prices may exclude VAT, transport, preparation, registration, local installation, commissioning or other charges where stated.
• Currency changes, manufacturer price revisions, taxation, freight, model-year changes and equipment availability may affect the final price.
• “Available”, “in stock” or estimated delivery information is subject to prior sale, production confirmation and logistical availability.
• Delivery dates are estimates until confirmed under a separately accepted written order.

Configurator and enquiries

The online configurator is a planning and enquiry tool. A saved or submitted configuration is not a final technical specification or binding offer. Some selected combinations may require technical review, alternative equipment or pricing adjustments.

After receiving an enquiry, Nordic Marina may contact you to clarify the intended use, configuration, pricing, availability and delivery requirements before preparing a formal quotation.

Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful personal or business information purposes. You must not:

• interfere with the website’s operation, security or availability;
• attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts, data or administrative areas;
• introduce malicious code, automated abusive traffic or harmful material;

You may view and print limited website material for personal, non-commercial reference. Reproduction, republication, modification, distribution or commercial use requires prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

The website may link to manufacturers, the Nordic Marina configurator, maps, social networks or other third-party services.
